OpTier BTM discovers, monitors and analyzes business transactions. A business transaction is an end-to-end service that an IT application provides to users or other applications; for example, a stock trade, account login, product purchase or billing inquiry. Each business transaction has a unique profile that contains a business context (i.e. user, time, location) and a technical profile including the flow topology, resources consumed and performance.
