The architecture of your BTM Solution is explained, enabling users to understand how the technology works to provide complete control and visibility into every transaction, across all tiers, all the time. This lab intensive course will show you how to use OpTier's BTM to ensure that business transactions flow smoothly though IT systems, without bottlenecks or outages. Participants will explore the many comprehensive ways to use the BTM console to visualize and understand application availability, response times and end-user behavior.
