CoreFirst Overview

CoreFirst provides cross-tier production monitoring of business transactions and the ability to view transaction response times and resource consumption on each tier.  It instantly shows where each transaction spends most of its time, eliminating the need to correlate data from multiple products in order to determine where a problem might be. Production support teams use CoreFirst to decide who should handle each problem that lands on the support desk. Developers use CoreFirst to make sure their code is scalable and efficient. Isolate problems in seconds

Once users have drilled down from an alert or application, they are presented with a list of business transactions that are specific to that alert or application. From this view it's possible to isolate application performance issues by analyzing transaction response times and SLA compliance. At a touch, users can then drill down into a tier view for each business transaction and understand the latency contribution, resource contribution and SLA compliance for each tier. This allows users to pinpoint which part of the infrastructure is responsible for the business impact in seconds.
