Israel Mazin

Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the Board

Mr. Mazin was a co-founder of Memco Software and served as Memco's CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1990 until the company was acquired by Computer Associates in 1999. Prior to his position at Memco, Mr. Mazin served as a business development consultant to several Israeli companies in the high-tech industry. Mr. Mazin began his career at the Israel Defense Forces Computer Center where he served in infrastructure systems management.

Ori Mazin

Vice Chairman of the Board & Head of Worldwide Sales

Mr. Mazin served as Chief Operating Officer and a company director of Memco Software, where he was responsible for worldwide sales and marketing and strategic planning. Prior to that, Mr. Mazin served as Marketing Director for the English College in Israel. Mr. Mazin began his career with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) as a programmer and systems analyst and as director of the Training Department at the IDF Computer Center.

Dov Gal

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Before founding OpTier, Mr. Gal served as Chief Financial Officer of Memco Software. Prior to that, Mr. Gal served as CFO of publicly-traded Bogen Communications International (a telecommunications company), Aryt Industries and Reshef Technologies (both defense technology companies). Previously, Mr. Gal was a senior certified public accountant with Luboshitz, Kasirer & Co., an Israeli accounting firm. Mr. Gal holds a BA in economics from Ben Gurion University.

Amir Alon

Chief Technology Officer

Before founding OpTier, Mr. Alon was head of development for iRadius Ltd., a company dealing in high-impact web site deployment. Prior to that, Mr. Alon was Chief Architecture Analyst with Memco Software. Previously, Mr. Alon held management positions with Legent Corp. and Goal Systems, (later acquired by Computer Associates) and IBM Israel. Mr. Alon holds a BSc degree in mathematics and computer science from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Alon began his career at one of the Israel Defense Forces Computer Centers where he served in several software engineering and management positions.

Motti Tal

Executive VP, Marketing, Product & Business Development

Before founding OpTier, Mr. Tal consulted with startup companies and VCs on business development projects. Prior to that, he served as VP of Business Strategy with Memco Software. Previously, Mr. Tal was a systems architect, project manager and marketing specialist with Advanced Technology Ltd., a systems integrator. Mr. Tal holds a BSc degree in mathematics and computer science from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Tal began his career at one of the Israel Defense Forces Computer Centers where he served in several software engineering and management positions.

Scott Lenga

Executive VP & General Counsel

Before joining OpTier, Mr. Lenga served as VP Business Development & General Counsel at Memco Software. Prior to that, Mr. Lenga served as an associate attorney with Meitar, Liquornik and Geva. Previously, Mr. Lenga was Senior Corporate Counsel to Uniface and Ingres (software/database companies). Mr. Lenga began his career as an associate attorney with the Silicon Valley law firm of Cooley Godward. He holds a JD from the UCLA School of Law and a BA in economics from the University of California at Berkeley.

Moshe Meiseles

Executive VP, Engineering

Before joining OpTier, Mr. Meiseles was co-founder and CTO of Skybox Security, an IT risk-management software company. Prior to that, he served as Senior VP, Development at Memco Software. Previously, Mr. Meiseles managed development teams for New Dimension Software (since acquired by BMC Software), a provider of enterprise management software. Mr. Meiseles holds a BA in classical studies and computer science from Bar-Ilan University. Mr. Meiseles began his career at one of the Israel Defense Forces Computer Centers where he served in several software engineering and management positions.

Ronen Fischler

Executive VP, Global Customer Solutions

Before joining OpTier, Mr. Fischler held several management roles at Mercury Interactive including Senior Director, Emerging Technology Incubation; Director of Application Mapping, Field Operations; and Director of Application Management, Presales Americas. Prior to that, he was VP of Engineering at Appilog, a provider of application discovery and mapping solutions, which was acquired by Mercury in 2004. Previously, he served as VP of R&D at Celvibe, a provider of solutions for video streaming to cellular phones. Mr. Fischler holds a BSc degree in mathematics and computer science and an MSc in computer science from Bar-Ilan University. Mr. Fischler began his career at one of the Israel Defense Forces Computer Centers where he served in several software engineering and management positions.

Michael Wooh

Senior VP, Corporate Marketing

Before joining OpTier, Mr. Wooh was VP, Marketing at Computer Associates where he was responsible for Enterprise-Wide Workload Automation. Prior to that, he headed up Global Automated Operations at Platinum Technology, a billion dollar publicly traded software company. Previously, Mr. Wooh was a founding member of AutoSystems, provider of the industry leading open-systems Job Management software. Mr. Wooh also held management positions at a diverse number of software and large Wall Street financial organizations and also acted as a senior consultant to many leading Fortune organizations. Mr. Wooh is a graduate of Cornell University and an active member of the Alumni Board of Directors. As President of the Alumni Board, he created and launched the university's first "Cyber-Mentor" program.

Colin Rowland

Senior VP, Sales, EMEA

Before joining OpTier, Mr. Rowland was Senior Vice President of Operations for EMEA at Opsware, a Data Center Automation software company (since acquired by HP). Prior to that, he was responsible for building Mercury Interactive's Application Performance Management business unit in EMEA through its high growth phase. Previously, Mr. Rowland held sales and management positions at Hewlett Packard, culminating in founding the software sales organization in the UK. Before moving into field operational roles Mr. Rowland was a software engineer at British Aerospace.

Ronit Belson

VP Business Development

Before joining OpTier, Ms. Belson worked as a marketing/business consultant in the application management space. Prior to that, she founded an end-user testing and monitoring company and served in Business Development and Sales roles at Identify Software (which was subsequently acquired by BMC). Ms. Belson holds a BA, Cum Laude, in Economics and East Asia Studies from Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business.

John S. Rainsberger

VP, Sales, North America

Before joining OpTier, Mr. Rainsberger was VP of Sales at Ultimate Technology, a provider of POS systems and professional services. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Sales, the Americas for Expand Networks, where he was responsible for increasing market share for the company's enterprise caching technology solutions. Previously, Mr. Rainsberger held similar roles at IBM and LDI, a publicly-traded computer financing company.

Russell Rothstein

VP Product Marketing

Before joining OpTier, Mr. Rothstein was AVP Product Marketing at OPNET Technologies. Prior to that, he was co-founder and CEO of Zettapoint (a venture-backed enterprise software startup), ran marketing for Open Sesame (a Web 1.0 startup acquired by Bowne), and deployed enterprise applications working for Oracle’s services organization. Mr. Rothstein holds a BA in Computer Science from Harvard University, an MS in Technology and Policy from MIT and an MS in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Eli Mashiah

Advisor

Mr. Mashiah was a co-founder of Memco Software, where he served as Chief Technology Officer and director. Prior to that, Mr. Mashiah served in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). In his most senior position with the IDF, Mr. Mashiah headed the Department of Systems Programming Development and Security Administration at the IDF Computer Center. Mr. Mashiah holds a BSc degree in mathematics and computer science from Tel Aviv University.
