Regional Account Manager will be responsible for developing the assigned Territory for new business opportunities and named accounts which will include the sale of all OpTier's products and service offerings.

The primary goal of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to increase qualified pipeline for the sales organization in existing accounts. SDRs will work closely with OpTier Field Sales representatives to expand and accelerate OpTier presence in existing accounts. Resources will include incoming leads, existing contacts database, 3rd party tools like RainKing and coordination with Field sales counterparts. SDRs will perform research and prospecting activities to set qualified face-to-face, phone or web appointments with their field sales counterparts and/or the Director of Sales Development. It is expected SDRs understand OpTier markets and solutions to properly engage, qualify and accelerate prospects. SDR will ensure prospects a superior partnering experience with OpTier.

Manage case prioritization and escalation, as well as enhancement requests and the company's environmental documentation. Inform customers of new releases and features. Liaise with clients to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify new license and services opportunities. Analyze gaps in customers' skill sets and define training requirements. Find new cases and customer usage gaps and work with the SDO and Training departments to close that gap. Conduct high-level planning and A&D on new deployments.
